Visitors to the School

In order to maintain a safe school environment, all visitors and parent volunteers are required to sign in at the main office and must enter by the front doors. We ask that all visitors, regardless of the duration of their stay, sign in and out at the office.

Volunteer Forms

All volunteers are required to have a current Criminal Record check and Vulnerable Sector check.  Forms to take to the RCMP are available at the school office.  There is a $10 fee for volunteers to have a Criminal Record Check done.  Instructions for payment are also available at the office.

Criminal record checks are considered valid by Rocky View Schools for five years, but we require an annual statutory declaration form to be completed.
