Criminal Record Checks and Annual Declaration
Beginning in January 2015, there will be a charge of $10 for Cochrane RCMP to process Volunteer Criminal Record Checks. For information on how to obtain your record check click here.
Volunteer Criminal Record Check forms are available at the school office.
Criminal Record Checks are considered valid for five years by Rocky View Schools. We are required to do Annual Statutory Declarations for volunteers that have a criminal record check on file. Click here to access a copy of the annual declaration.
