Friends of Mitford

The Friends of Mitford (FOM) is a society with the sole purpose of fundraising for Mitford school programs and initiatives and your participation is welcomed!

FOM raises money in a variety of ways such as casino fundraisers, hosting special events, raffles, etc. Money is raised for school programs and initiatives such as student athletics, field trips, outdoor education equipment and current technologies (i.e. lasercutter) to help promote our STEAM focus. FOM is managed by a volunteer board of parents. At the annual general meeting (AGM), the successes of our previous year are highlighted and, a new board is elected. FOM encourages more parents to become involved and make a difference in your child’s education!
