At Mitford we are always looking for volunteers and encourage parents/guardians to participate in our school activities and field trips. There are opportunities throughout the school year to volunteer and we appreciate your willingness to offer your time.
Please note that all volunteers are required to complete Alberta Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector checks. To request a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check application, please contact the Mitford office to have one emailed to you or feel free to stop by the office and pick one up. Criminal record checks are considered valid by Rocky View Schools for five years, but we require an annual statutory declaration form to be completed. This form must be filled out each year and returned to the schools office.

In order to maintain a safe school environment, all visitors and volunteers are required to report to the main office and must sign in and out regardless of the duration of your stay. All volunteers and visitors must enter the school using the front doors.
