We are pleased to share the How To Order Guide, which provides detailed ordering information and instructions for new and returning parents/guardians of our Mitford students. Our lunch program is provided by Lunchbox.

Reminders From Lunchbox:
- The weekly deadline to place lunch orders for the upcoming week is Sunday at 12:00 PM; we are unable to accept any orders after this deadline.
- If you need to make any updates or changes to your lunch orders, please do so before Sunday at 12:00 PM for the upcoming week.
- For any order cancellations, please notify Lunchbox directly 2 days prior to the delivery date. If this is not possible, please contact Mitford School at 403-932-3477 to make alternate arrangements.
- If your child is absent on Tuesday and Wednesday delivery days, Mitford School will keep your child's order for a maximum of 1 day. This includes orders from Subway and Panago Pizza.
- Orders on Thursday's and Friday's from Montana's and A&W will not be kept. If prior arrangements have not made by 11:15 AM on the delivery day, the meal will be donated to a student in need. There are no refunds for students who are absent on any of the delivery days.
- If there is a school closure, lunches will be cancelled, and a credit will be issued to your Lunchbox account within 3 business days.
